The TP3 team is currently helping with site selection for the largest Single Family Home Builder in the State of Wisconsin. TP3s planning partner Vandewalle & Associates has led the design and zoning initiatives for more than 20 years including concept planning, municipal facilitation, working with engineering & architectural partners, and obtaining zoning approvals. The resulting neighborhoods have created 1000s of acres of new residential development and resulted in the construction of 1000s of new homes throughout southern Wisconsin.
