The Hub Madison, a 2015 National Student Housing Platinum Medal winner, a twelve story 960 bed student housing/mixed use redevelopment project located along State Street, the primary “campus main street” for the University of Wisconsin. This project created unique housing opportunities coupled with unparalleled amenities for the residents, while meeting the standards & requirements of the new City of Madison Form Based Neighborhood and Downtown Plan recommendations.
